Spoon theory
I had a nice rant over on The Blogpound about people who don’t comprehend the enormity of living with FMS/CFS. Then one of my regular visitors, Helena, sent me a link to a wonderful blog and an entry about ”spoon theory”. It’s certainly appropriate and I identify with it completely! I’ve added the blog, But You Don’t Look Sick, to my blogroll, and look forward to reading more of it.
About
A blog about my decade+ struggle with the medical community as I've sought treatment for fibromyalgia, Hashimoto's disease, and depression. I'm not really sure if I am truly "depressed", although being in pain every day is enough to make just about anyone pretty unhappy. The blog's title comes from the name of Paula Kamen's wonderful homage to chronically ill and tired women, All In My Head. My other weblog, about fun and fuzzy things, is located at The Blog Pound.
